[Expected] Siranto does not give close up in coversation

    Details: When talking to Siranto in Ardoris, you dont get the new conversation close up.

    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to Siranto
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4) System RAM: 24517
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 1989
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.440.Date.01.20.17
    Area: Ardoris
    Area Display Name: Ardoris
    Loc: (-284.7, 92.8, -113.7)

    Ok but I still get a chat screen when talking to him, so shouldnt that chat screen be of the new style?

    If you talk to an NPC and they immediately close the conversation it never launches the new interface, by design, since you do not have the opportunity to say anything.

    Ok so then I would say that the fact that the conversation screen even flashes for a second is a bug then, because if they have nothing to say then you should get no response. Getting a quick flashing dialog screen that goes away makes you think you are missing something.
