[Expected]While encumbered focus does not drain

    I have solved the mystery (I believe).

    Getting dex down to 1 is not the trigger for focus drain. Slowing movement rate to -50% is the trigger.

    I was at 1 dex for quite awhile but as soon as I hit -50% movement rate I got a 3rd line on my encumbrance window that said "-4 Focus per second while moving". And it did indeed start to drain.

    So there, mystery solved :)

    Posted same time :) Its definitely the 50% movement rate that is the trigger.

    @Attenwood You never mentioned the movement rate in your reply. Is that the design? Focus drain only after 50% movement decrease?
