Find word of Nena's charges

1. Title: No quest amulet.
2. Reproduction Rate: Unable to reproduce as outside of tutorial zone.
3. Blocker? Yes?
4. Details: Not sure how I managed it but I do not have an amulet. Found the children, they act as random NPCs.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Try sell the amulet, perhaps? Delete it? Might be a bug from a previous release?
6. User Specs: Intel Core i7-5820K, 64GB HyperX RAM, Asus X99-E motherboard, R9 390 8GB VRAM, Ubuntu 16.04

 

Have had someone else go through the same quest. Can't get an amulet.

 

@Jenshae, are you viewing quest items? click the gear in the upper right corner of the inventory window.

...and it may have changed since i last did it, but the quest was not to give it to the children, but to the lord marshal, who would direct you from there.

 

The marshal didn't want to talk about it.
