[Fixed 70259] quest Find the "Rabbit" cannot Finish

I just checked QA build 1300 and the quest that was stuck on my character can now complete it just fine! This should be working in R100.

I'll try a set of different scenario's and see if it is working out in all those cases. But I think you found the fix for this!

 

I tried 4 different scenarios:

1. If the quest was stuck in your journal entry, speaking to Kresimir or Lyudmila will allow you to play the game again, and speak to the fox, get the rabbit foot and turn in the item for a reward.
2. If the quest was stuck in your journal entry, and then you complete it, can you do it a second time, after quest reset (7:00PM CST in Daylight Savings Time)? Yes.
3. With a quest reset, go get the quest and immediately log out (do not find the rabbit). At quest reset time, speaking to Kresimir or Lyudmila will allow you to play the game and complete it.
4 . With a new created character can you get and complete the quest, yes.

Pretty sure you got it working perfect now! Will just need to confirm when it goes on live.

(and will have to wait until a seperate bug with the huntmaster children is fixed to test it)

 

Seen fixed in build 1523. Specifically tested with a character that had the Find the "Rabbit" quest still active (But never found the rabbit). Speak to Kresimir or Lyudmila and follow below:

[8:59 PM] Lyudmila: Hello, stranger.
[8:59 PM] Ast: fox-and-rabbit
[8:59 PM] Lyudmila: Where'd you go? You started to play fox-and-rabbit with us but then you disappeared. Do you still want to play a game with us?
[8:59 PM] Ast: Yes, I'll play.
[8:59 PM] Lyudmila: Tag, you're it! You have to go find the rabbit because you're the fox. There's one rabbit left in the village. They're hiding somewhere in Castle Atos. You'll know the kid who's playing the rabbit because they're wearing a lepus mask. If you find the rabbit today, bring me their rabbit's foot charm so we know you win and get some candy! If you don't do that before the day runs out, you lose... but you can play again tomorrow.
[8:59 PM] Ast: Goodbye
[8:59 PM] Lyudmila: Bye-bye.

[9:00 PM] Child: Shh! I'm playing a hiding game.
[9:00 PM] Ast: game
[9:00 PM] Child: We like to play fox-and-rabbit.

[9:00 PM] Child: OK.

[9:01 PM] Lyudmila: Hello, stranger. Are you still playing fox-and-rabbit?

[9:01 PM] Lyudmila: The last rabbit is still missing. You need to go find them somewhere in Castle Atos. If you find the last rabbit, bring me their rabbit's foot charm and that'll prove you're the winner!
[9:01 PM] You gained 32000 experience needed for skill development!
[9:01 PM] You gave an item (Rabbit's Foot Charm) to Lyudmila.
