[Fixed] Alicia for Morton Quest not talking

    I have tried to do Mortons Quest from Kingsport.

    I used to go to Alicia in Kingsport and talk her into giveing the Ledger but she will not talk.

    I have double clicked her a dozen times and tried to initiate conversation but she wont talk.
    ony sais hello and opens store.
