Flaming Swords vs Torches

    So I've got two lovely flaming swords.. and they give off less light together than 1 torch?

    Shouldn't a flaming sword give off more light than a torch? Or perhaps it might be based ultimately on how much fire damage they do? More damage implies greater intensity.. therefore more light.

    But right now my two swords are ablaze and it's a lot more surface area on fire than a torch.. so it seems to me they should give off more light.

    The pledge items that are meant to give off light don't do so yet, perhaps this is why the flame enchants don't either.

    The flame enchants do give off light.. just not very much. Either they're too dim or the torch is too bright. (or both)

    Even the fire elemental doesn't give off enough light

    yeah I would think a fire elemental would give off more than a torch too. :)
