For Fishing loot - add rest of clothing items to loot table

    For fishing, please add the rest of the clothing component slot items so we can fish up an entire uniform.

    Currently, we can only fish up hats, boots, and gloves.

    This will help us have "clothing" fishing contests (and other creative events) where people start without clothes, then we see who fishes up the first full set of clothes (I know they are not date-marked, so will be honesty-based contests).
