Forum bug? CTA: Pic

Hey all,
Wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of the following "Complete your profile, choose your picture.." message at the top of the forum screen.



I've tried reuploading an avatar, tweaking settings, but to know avail.

This message appears to me too... I've done everything I could think of, but it's still there. Now I just kinda ignore it, but it is annoying.

I hope someone knows how to solve this.
I imagine you two are not the only ones who have this problem and it's really annoying.

I've never had that problem, though, which is pretty weird. The creation date of my account and Katrina here in the forum is pretty much the same.

 

I think port forum admin has to perform cache cleanup for the forum. That usually solves problems like this.
Would tag someone, but I dunno whos responsible for the boards.

 

Maybe @Cerus could tell us.

No, it is still showing.

 

Had it for awhile too.. got used to ignoring it, then it just went away on it's own..

Not sure if it's a time thing, or just have to wait for some periodic update thing..

Unless it's broken, you should be able to do this in the settings on the non-forum part of the web site.

Go to your account page - https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=4557
Click on Edit Profile under where your picture goes - https://www.shroudoftheavatar.com/?page_id=49067
At the bottom click on Change/Upload
Upload a picture
Click on Set User Avatar
And the most important step: click on the big Update Profile button.

 

I've tried that several times, until I got tired of changing my picture and settled for the one I use now...
