Forum bug? (not sure where exactly to put this)

    I get a scrolling box at the top of the forums for two windows; Bug Template, and "CTA:pic". "CTA:pic" directs me to complete my profile and choose my avatar image for the forums. I did this. The prompt window still remains telling me to do it again. Is there something here I'm missing, or is the code not detecting that I've updated my profile?
