    To get started, use /bug in-game (/devbug if on QA) to auto-create this template. It will even auto-fill some of the required information and open the browser for you. Funky fast moving Shadows.

    Blue Rose Isle, Crafters Town, Black Rock Cove
    I noticed on both the nvidia 1070ti and the rx580, the shadows move too fast.

    It almost looks like they are 'over accelerated'. That being, they are all moving like the shadows of trees in a windstorm. It almost looks like they are moving at a much higher FPS than the rest of the screen.

    This happens on any shadows really, anything above none shadow distance.
