5. Steps to Reproduce: accept quest, find stanley, fail.
6. User Specs: i72600k, windows 10, gtx 1060 fe, 16gb ram

also noticed when searching for this bug this was reported back in build 49. I believe this is required to obtain the banner of love, though im not sure since i cant complete this portion..nor do i have the banner
