gloves of cutpurse: unable to repair

found gloves of cutpurse.....finally....! but unable to repair them with any type of crown or ancient essence. tried dragging essence on top of gloves in crafting station interface, out of crafting station interface, etc. 'repair' doesn't get highlighted on crafting station, and when dragging ancient essence onto the gloves it doesn't repair the gloves or use a major repair.

 

are the gloves locked to your inventory? you cannot repair locked things.

if it's working properly, it will be dragging an ancient essence onto it in your inventory or paperdoll. no station used. ancient essence is not a major repair, it is a repair kit.

okay, then it's a bug! i just wanted to make sure it wasn't locked first.
