Vendor lives matter! can they have the right to leave if they are not being provided meaningful employment?

Could this just mean the deed goes into the bank?

If players had ways of placing other NPCs, then I'd say "Yes." However, I know some players are using vendors for visual flavor and don't necessarily want to sell things. if anything, they add a rose or something so they keep standing up.

Hopefully when they add NPCs to dungeons, they also add better access to NPCs so we can decorate our lots.
