    Title: Gustball inoperable in dungeon

    Details: I wanted to move my golf course to the dungeon, gust spell does not work on gust balls in adventure more nor deco mode, does not work in hallways, entrance area or crown store rooms. This same bug occurred on property about 1.5 years ago and may be back there again but I will report that separately.
    Steps to Reproduce: Summon gust ball, cast gust
