Healing spells, False advertising

    They say in description: "gains a bonus based on the time since last inflicted damage"

    This is not true... there is no bonus... it is a reduction from initial range of healing that occurs the moment you inflict damage and tic's back up to the starting healing amount shown on your spell description as time goes on since last infliction of damage.
