Highly Flammable

Hi All,

Quick question on the Highly Flammable skill. It's a passive ability that says 'increases damage and fire damage' although I can't figure out how it is leveling up. I use mainly fire spells and it doesn't seem to move the needle. Every now and again - it will appear and say it's leveled. What's triggering it? Is it just very slow? Or am I not using the right fire abilities (flame fist, flame arrow, ignite weapon etc.)? Compared to my other skills (in the mid 20's), its only up to level 6 after 5 or so hours of heavy flaming...

Innate abilities are among the slowest to level, and take the most xp to do it, so I don't think what you are seeing is unusual. Highly Flammable will earn xp anytime you use a spell from the Fire Magic tree, which is what it sounds like you are doing.

If you want it to increase faster, you might try ticking some of your other skills to not advance. This will allocate more xp to the skills you are trying to level.
