    They are sort of a development diary of the PaxLair project, upto being the first (and, for now, only) POT template on which a POT will be built in R17.

    Some brave people (Themo, Kazyn, Sean) tried to define what templates are, and how a template differs from an actual city.

    Since most of the details are still on the drawing board, nobody has a clear cut answer to most questions. The process of creating a process is ongoing, on both sides of the development effort (players <> devs).
