Thanks one and all. I completed the Path of Love with your help.

As mentioned in the previous thread, I got stuck here on the Path of Love, and reset all my quests to start over, in the hope that I wouldn't get deadlocked again. However, hope has once again proven a very unreliable strategy.

The open quests on this path are: Find a Spirit Talker, Ask Ming about the Empress' Ring, Speak With Khasi, Inform Siranto/Khasi of Ming's Death, and Discover What Divides Siranto and Khasi.

1) Find a Spirit Talker - Samuel won't let me hire him. He wants me to get the Necropolis Key stone.
2) Ask Ming - i did, and he made me meet him at the tower, and fight him to the death, at which point he dropped the keystone. However I don't see it in my bag, and furthermore, I can still find him alive at his residence in Ardoris.
3) Speak with Khasi - I'm supposed to get deeper into the conversation about the threats against their kingdom. However nothing I say advances the story line.
4) Speak to S/K about Ming's Death - I tried, but nothing happens wrt Ming's death. Anyway, I find that he is still alive.
5) Discover what divides S/K - they don't want to talk about it.

I need a tip/clue/spoiler to break this logjam. I just can't keep running back and forth between palaces in Ardoris.

Not in the tower, back in his place in Ardoris. And he wants me to learn what divides S and Khasi

 

i got that, but that doesn't mean he isn't still in the tower.

Have you fought Min in the tower alone?
It could happen, if you were with other players to change the mode ...

I was alone in the tower, but may have still been in a party from earlier. Guess I can go back and try again.

 

Can anyone tell me what to do to find out what divides Siranto and Khasi ??

 

Thanks for everyone's help and tips. Alley Oop was right. Min was both in his room in Ardoris and in the Shattered Eye Tower. I cleared the tower, confronted him again, and everything is falling into place and resolving now. Got the keystone, got Samuel, explored Necropolis, and informed the Shogun and Khasi. So now I can continue normally.

 

I had an issue with that quest too. It turned out I couldn't inform them of Min's death unless the Shogun or Khasi were on their respective thrones. If I tried to talk to either of them anywhere else in their palace they wouldn't acknowledge his death. In fact, the Shogun, when I talked to him in his room, told me to Go talk to Min.

 

Perhaps that was the problem after all !
