I think I must have accidentally destroyed or salvaged a pledge item

Several times when I've opened my inventory and right-clicked on a single item to destroy, it says "Destroy 2 items?"

I'm not sure how it is selecting a second item.

Accidentally salvaging items on the crafting tables is also really easy.

Either way, my dear Chompy (my chest mimic) is gone. Do I need to file a support ticket? Do they even replace items due to user stupidity?

I also hope they put some protections in to stop users from destroying or salvaging pledge items.

 

Support ticket would probably be the best bet. I'm not sure why they even allow pledge items to be destroyed. Sold to other players, sure, but why destroyed?

 

So I logged out and logged back in and I see him on my character again. Thankfully I had not destroyed him.

 

Several times I've nearly clicked the salvage button instead of the repair button when repairing a reward item.

I made a bug report about it but it was ignored.

 

Yesterday I clicked salvage instead of repair accidently (late, tired, stupid, yeah ) but salvaging my pledge item thankfully failed. I kind of hope that is intentinal and you can't salvage pledge items?

 

I hope that's the case. I'm not willing to test it though.
