I want to move

    I want to move my house. I have over 100 days rent paid. Will I lose paid rent if I move deed, house, etc.?

    No . When you unclaim the lot you only lose 1 day worth of rent so if its a row lot rent you lose 250g ..rest of the rent goes as credit and when you claim a new lot you can use that credit to pay the rent again for the total of days you had - 1 ....

    No, pre-paid taxes are added as credit to the tax window on unclaiming. Except the current day. As @Elrond has said, you loose only one day of taxes.
    You can use the credit to pay the taxes at the new location, you will end up with your current pre-paid tax/days -1 day at the new location.

    - Store house with magic mover interface
    - Pull lot deed (as mentioned, this loses only the current day of taxes)
    - Put deed down on new lot (must be same size lot for magic mover to work)
    - Add taxes credit to new lot
    - Use magic mover to move house and contents to new lot
    - Pay extra fee in COTOs to use magic mover if you changed towns (or don't use mover and just re-deco manually)
