Ice arrow not fully working

    The ice arrow slow effect I have used on the metal monkeys of K'rawl and the red demon of the Ardoris sewers and although the ice field slows them... the ice arrow does not. I was wondering if anyone has bothered to post this being that most do not use ice due to the fact it is a weaker magical tree. I do use it with healing so I need all aspects of what little it CAN do to work. Further more the specialization does nothing for most of the skills in that tree unlike fire.
