[Info needed] Boots become unequipped

Details:
I just noticed this over the past several days... My boots somehow become unequipped! I am not intentionally doing that. Suddenly I am barefoot and my boots are in my bags. Re-equip them, and it happens again a little later. I've had it happen 15 or so times in the past few days.

I am not switching decks, so it is not linked equipment swap.

Is there some hotkey I am pressing that would do this? Or is this a bug?

Steps to Reproduce:
Fight in Sequanna Colossus for an hour and it happens 2-3 times.

What is the item name of the boots you are wearing? Weird...
And you are sure you are not switching decks on accident via a hot key?
