    Sorry- I should specify... has no special effect listed in the tooltip. I will let you know what that info is though...

    @Lexie Right now at lvl 80 it says 8.1-16.2 seconds at morning time. To be clear- I haven't selected the sun spec but I was considering it and looking at the tooltips there is nothing in the description about a special effect.
