[Info needed] res resets to native resolution on every zone change

    Title: Resolution resets to native resolution on every zone change
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: I have a laptop (described below) that changes from my preferred resolution setting (1600x900) to my native resolution (3840x2160). The setting is saved when I go to the settings page, but I have to open the dialog and it magically sets the in-game resolution once the dialog is open (i.e. I dont have to pick it and the game is saving my settings just not rendering at that resolution).

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 32629
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M GPU RAM: 2010
