[Info needed] reticle mode and click on a NPC to converse you stay in reticle mode not cursor mode

Title:If you are in reticle mode and click on a NPC to converse you stay in reticle mode not cursor mode
Reproduction Rate:100%
Blocker?No but annoying
Details:If you are in reticle mode and what to talk to a NPC and hit E you do NOT go into cursor mode
and can not choose text.
Steps to Reproduce:

1) go to a NPC (example the Oracle)
2) toggle mode till you see the reticle
3) set your reticle over the NPC
4) hit the E key
5) try and pick a response from the menu on the window bottom
6) see that it does not work
7) hit esc to get out of the conversions
8) toggle to cursor mode
9) hold your cursor over the NPC
10) Hit E (or double click)
11) see that things work.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M OpenGL Engine GPU RAM: 4096

@Phil Scott We're not able to reproduce this internally. Do you have any other settings that might be interfering with conversation mode?

 

This is the same issue as reported here below. The key is that this only happens on NPCs with the new dialog UI that goes in the center of the screen (e.g. Oracle, Town Crier), which maybe got lost in the thread.
