[Info needed] Vendor Stays behind after new placement of home and cant move it.

4. used magic mover to move home with goods and everything seemed fine until i noticed my vendor was gone and i went back to old location and he was sitting there floating in air and i could not send him to bank or move him or change name could only access him and contents.
the vendor comes and goes visually the person residing there currently noticed him but can no longer see him and he comes and goes for myself.
