It is possible to obtain multiple Bonesteel Crowns.

If you log out and log back in, Boreas's Bonesteel Crown will respawn, allowing you obtain multiple copies. See the screenshot below.
5. Steps to Repro:
A. Reach the room with Boreas and his Bonesteel Crown in Artifice.
B. Pick up the Bonsteel Crown.
C. Quit the game.
D. Restart SotA.
E. Resume in the same location.
F. The Bonsteel Crown has respawned.
G. Pick it up. You now have two! Repeat as desired.

I did it without exiting the game: I went to the Lycaeum, then returned back, and found another crown.
