[Known]3rd Tailoring masterwork success only gives 2 choices and they are poor.

    Title: 3rd Tailoring masterwork success only gives 2 choices and they are poor.
    Reproduction Rate: first time trying this
    Blocker?
    Details: on a 3rd item masterwork I only got 2 choices to apply to an item both damage resistance .. that is worse than it used to be, why only 2 and why so sucky?
    Steps to Reproduce: successfully masterwork tailor item 3 times at gm in tailing and gm masterwork leather and cloth
