[Known] Agriculture AOE skill's range is affected by character position

    Title: Agriculture skills are affected by character position
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When using any of the AOE Agriculture abilities (planting seeds, watering and harvesting), their range is affected by where your character is standing. In the 2 pictures below, notice how only the unused soil nearest me within the circle have new crops planted while the soil farthest from me does not. If I were to stand in the center of the circle, the entire area is affected. Work-around: always stand in the center of the circle before using Agriculture abilities.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast any of the AOE Agriculture abilities while aiming the ground selector far from your character.

    Same problem here. Watering plant feature is broken as well.

    Confirmed for all three skills. Seems more realistic but in comparison to before it's quite annoying. Until we get used to it...

    The patch you guys just got was already in the works before this fix was checked in. Should be in 768 or later.
