[Known] (all vendors) after a trade completes, is still in conversation

Title: Owls head blacksmith Theo (and all vendors) after a trade completes, is still in conversation
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? no, but inconvenient
Details: vendor should be consistant, after trading should leave conversation or stay in conversation. But currently, after the FIRST trade completes he/she stays in conversation, but if you say "buy" and start another trade, they will leave the conversation after trade completes. They should do the same thing each time.

This has been the behavior for a few patches, but only now did I realize you didnt know about it and I think it is a bug that needs to be addressed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open trade with Theo or any vendor
2. Select tab "sell from inventory"
3. Sell stuff
4. Notice that you are still in conversation.
5. Type "buy" to re-open trading window
6. Trade again
7. Notice that this time the vendor leaves the conversation after the trade completes.
