Title: Arie, The Lord must Fall: Marlin has wrong dialogue

Reproduction Rate: Everytime at the described moment in quest.

Blocker? Don't think so, but have not proceedet with the quest yet.

Details:
After meeting with Harcourt and then Belana I tried to confront Natascha and Marlin with my findings (didn't work, but that is not my issue here). When i choose the dialogue option for Harcourt from Marlin's dialogue, he responds with: "Well, he's dead, thanks to you. No need to drone about him, anymore. Good thing, in my opinion.". however, i have not killed Harcourt (yet).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Talk to Natascha and accept quest
2. Talk to Marlin
3. Talk to Harcourt, coose not to kill him yet, but to investigate
4. Talk to Belana
5. Take Loan Forgiveness note from upstairs Belana's house
6. Talk to Natascha (I think that is optional, but better be sure as that is what I did before the bug.)
7. Talk to Marlin and choose the "Lord Harcourt ..." topic.
8. Be shocked about Marlin's response
