    1. Baren's Reach Banker spawned outside bank
    2. Unknown
    3. Still functional
    4. Just went to the bank, looked inside and he wasn't there. Went outside and saw him standing outside the bank. He was still usable (picture added for reference).
    5. First time I've seen this.
