    Title: Battle of Highvale: "where's Floyd?"
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Edvard mentions "Floyd" a fine fellow that will take me to the Highvale Outskirts on his wagon, but only the Highvale Outskirts wagon is present not Floyd.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go down to Floyds wagon, and he is no where to be found.

    This is due to a systemic issue with spawners that should be fixed next build. I confirmed Floyd does in fact exist.
