    Title: Blood Bay: The Orator is busy

    Details: Found the new npcs in Judge's Watch - read the quest dialogue from the Mayor and scoundrel but when I tried speaking to the Orator I was often unable to bring up a chat window with him and it said he was busy, and I should try again later.

    @Ancev The response you got is associated with clicking too fast on the NPC. Try putting your mouse cursor on the Orator NPC and press "E" (once, not repeatedly) on your keyboard to speak with him and see if that gets things going.
