[KNOWN] Cannot place ornate planter beds close to walls

    Details: I have had this for a couple of months. I have an Ornate Greenhouse Row home in Serpent's Watch. I cannot place any of the Orante planting beds close to any of the walls. I tried putting a crafted greenhouse row up with no deco and still get the same problem. I also have a friend that lives in New Britt Market that has the same problem. I was able to place them next to walls when I put a house up in Wolves Den. Please contact me if you need further information, would really like to help get this bug squashed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Seems to be based on town, try to place ornate planter next to wall in greenhouse row homes.
