[Known]Can't use boat in SolaceBridge_Starter if conversation with Edvard ends early

Reproduction Rate:Repeatable

Blocker: Most likely for new players it could be

Details: If you exit the conversation with Edvard without triggering the 'boat' keyword, even though all other tasks in solace bridge are completed, you can no leave the solace brigde starter area. Talking with Edvard again will not reveal the 'boat' keyword. Typing in 'boat' will work. For a new player this may not be obviously and lead to the user to stop playing.
Steps to reproduce: Cross bridge with Edvard. Talk to him and do all other quest related items but dont click 'boat' . The press farewell.

You need to press the tiny arrow in the Chat UI to reveal the keywords.

Thanks for the info. This may just be a design issue rather than a bug. But would be good to have addressed as it might make new players stop playing.
