Blocker? no if you have the blink spell and reagents and you are not over burdened and/or out of focus.
Details: Using jump to enter the fountain will prevent you from jumping to get out. The video lost quality uploading it to you tube but the screen slightly vibrates when you get in as if to be re-positioning the avatar constantly.

Steps to Reproduce: Jump into the item and try to get out.
