    I have in my journal to kill fastus and the quest to talk to caretaker. I have talked ot caretaker but get nothing but his words.

    what am I supposed to get?

    also affected, after killing fastus the quest updates asking you to return to the caretakers. they acknowledge your victory and say you deserve a reward, but no reward is granted (either in the form of an item or xp/gold). The quest hud indicator does not update either.

    The Fastus turn-in at Eastmarch is a known bug. I put in a fix earlier today. I'm not sure when it will be on the live servers, but it's on its way!
