[Known] Fireworks boxes not replenishing at the start of the month

    Title: Fireworks boxes not replenishing at the start of the month
    Reproduction Rate: Several boxes for several months
    Blocker? No
    Details: Sarafina said that replenishing fireworks boxes are supposed to replenish at the start of the month. If this is for rewards boxes as well, it's not working on:

    Golden fireworks, Silver Fireworks, Oracle Eye Sparklers, possibly others.
    Steps to Reproduce: Check the above fireworks boxes to see if they are replenishing.

    I've only seen them replenish twice a year (before New-Year's Day and before Richard's Birthday). I've always thought it should be at least three times per year (adding in the Chinese New Year).
