KNOWN Glacial Glissade Damage Not Scaling

    Title: Glacial Glissade Damage Not Scaling
    Reproduction Rate: Always
    Blocker? No

    Details: The glyph Combo of (Ice Fist) and (Polearm Push) - GLACIAL GLISSADE does a flat 15 damage since it was lvl 1 all the way to lvl 68 now. The fix never made it into R57.

    Steps to Reproduce: Use the combo glacial glissade
