    Title: Hit Rate
    Reproduction Rate: 50%?
    Blocker? No
Details: My hit rate seems to be much lower than it in on live. Attacking fighters in SSF, I miss occasionally, but on QA its up to about 40% misses. This makes fights take substantially longer, use more ammo, and require more downtime. I dont know if the mobs got more armor or dodge, if my skills are not as effective, or if the locked combat bar is that less efficient than the drawn glyphs.
Steps to Reproduce: Fight in the same scene as you have for months.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16291
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 GPU RAM: 4063
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.504.Date.05.19.17
    Area: Novia_R9_Hills01_SerpentsSpineMinesEntrance
Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Foothills
    Loc: (127.9, 52.0, 39.0)

This may have just been a bad streak. That lasted an hour. But hits still seem to be very spotty compared to live, with more misses. Fortunately, the hits seem to do enough damage *when* they hit to make up for it somewhat. Still might be something to look at.

Please keep us apprised if this seems to continue to seem bad. Any possible way to reproduce if there's a way to trigger a state where misses are more likely, perhaps?
