[Known] Hooded Obsidian Lich Helm not enchantable

    The Hooded obsidian lich helm and regular hooded lich helm are not enchantable or masterworkable. Steps to reproduce - grind for an eternity until one drops, and then try to enchant it.

    Turns out this is by design. Obsidian Lich Helm is not considered an artifact item (I learned something today) as only artis and crafted items can be enchanted.

    If it's not enchantable because it's not an artifact or crafted, why is just about every other dropped item and store bought item enchantable? Are those just bugged then?
