Title: Improper stats displayed or applied to crafted gear when masterworked (typically boots and gloves), ones that I have seen are move rate and attack speed , flurry probably others I cannot recall.
Reproduction Rate: Happens on boots and gloves a lot
    Blocker? No
    Details: See picture below
Steps to Reproduce: craft boots or gloves and some stats that are shown when masterworking only have 1/2 that value either applied or displayed on the crafted item, move rate and attack speed, flurry and possibly others

Yes, we already have this in the system. Creating duplicate bug reports will only make it harder to manage the bugs we have open.
The last bug I have on this is under 46295 and remains open. I'm sorry I know this one is really bothering you @Lace

@Lexie I just wanted to point out that the actual ability is being halved, but the -10 to durability is being applied instead of -5.
