Title: In multiplayer, I get healed by far away members of another party!

Details: I was in multiplayer, but running around as a single player (not in a party). There was another party (with multiple members) in the same zone, and when any of the other party members cast a heal spell, I was healed. So: 1) I was not in their party and should not be targeted or healed, 2) even if I was in the party, I was getting healed when i was far out of range. I posted this bug and forgot to check who is master, but I am sure it was me since I think I was alone in the instance when i first logged in, and the others joined the instance.

Addendum: Went back on confirmed that when I was being healed from afar, I was Master of the instance. I could not tell if the spell was actually healing me (adding HP) or only targeting me with the streaming cloud effect - it may have healed me, but i was not paying attention.

Likely caused by the AI player position update issue observed in 521. Have you seen this issue occur since 522 went live? Thank you.
