[Known]Ladder in Upper Fortus isn't selectable/usable

    Details :
    The ladder on the kobold platform along the river isn't selectable, or usable. Area: Upper Fortus (Novia_R9_Hills01_01) Loc: (-0.6, 31.2, 3.1)

    Steps to reproduce :
    Go to area with ladder, try to select and use.
