[Known] Lamps wont stay lit at night

    Title:Lamps wont stay lit at night
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: At Evening in Resolute, its fairly dark. However, the lights outside the bank are not lit, and lighting them only lasts a few seconds.
    Steps to Reproduce: Why do the lamplighters hate their jobs?
