Title: Long and Short Founder Heraldic Banners not recognized as Banners.

Blocker? If you want to reshape a banner it is... No, in the larger perspective.
Details: The Long and Short Founder Heraldic Banners are not recognized as Banners by the Tailoring Crafting Station and the Banner choices in the Reshape Banner recipe remain greyed out when the Banners are in Inventory. It will give an error stating that you don't have the required materials if you double click the recipe.
The Craft button also doesn't un-grey even if you put the appropriate ingredients on the table manually.
Steps to Reproduce:

• Place a Heraldic Banner (Long or Short), a matching Eternal Pattern, and a supply of wax in your inventory.
• Double click on a Tailoring Crafting Station to bring up the interface.
• Filter the recipes so that the Reshape Banner recipes are visible.
• Note that while the Pattern and Wax ingredients on the Recipe are White, the Banner selection remains Grey.
• Double click on the recipe and receive an error message stating you do not have the required materials
• Place the Banner, Pattern, and 3 Wax on the crafting table manually and not that the Craft button remains greyed out.
