[Known] Multi Shot only hits twice

    Title:Multi Shot only hits a target twice
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker?No
    Details:The tool tip for Multi Shot shows 3 sets of damage numbers. I have never hit a single target with all three arrows. The tool tip for Rapid Fire shows 10 arrows which is the amount of arrows I hit with. I understand that there is a chance per arrow with Multi Shot but I have never hit with 3 arrows.
    Steps to Reproduce: Cast Multi Shot
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 16321
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti GPU RAM: 2015
