Details: In the Obsidian Chest inside the Opalis Vault there are many pages of Honesty and Deceit.

Crap! I clicked Take All and now I can't get rid of the extras.

It seems that all the vaults have the same issue.

 

Wow that did not happen to me in Opalis yesterday. I got the page and a sulfurous ash. Crazy bugs.

 

Hope this will be fixed today. I will check tonight.

Here are the collection points for the lens shards -

1. Grannus Colossus - skeleton loot source in the NW turret basement near the colossus statue.
2. Epitaph - Pool of Destiny
3. Oracle Colossus - chest in the basement near the colossus statue at -77.7, 24.2, -8.1.

 

I was in SPO mode, but the scene looks like it switches to SPO from the pic.

Maybe if you are in MPO that is the problem.

We're going to put in the ability to delete pages and shards so you can get rid of the extras.
