[Known]No 'bank' option to click in Spite bank

    Title: No 'bank' option to click in Spite bank.

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? Yes. No way to access banker in Spite without home ATM.

    Details: Bank window not opening automatically and no 'bank' option to click from NPC conversation window to access bank interface.

    Steps to Reproduce: Click on banker NPC

    User Specs: AMD FX-8350 8 core 4.01GHz, 16Gb, Win7 Pro, NVIDIA GeForce GTX750Ti

    Build: 607
